Corned Beef and Cabbage Crockpot with River City Ginger Beer

Corned Beef and Cabbage Crockpot Recipe with River City Ginger Beer.  Mouthwatering flavor and so tender you don’t need a fork.  Super Easy to make.  Perfect for busy days and cold nights. River City Ginger Beer is the best tenderizer you will ever use.

Ingredients 

• 1- Bottle River City Ginger Beer 
• 1-4 Lb corned beef brisket with spice packet
• 10 Baby red potatoes cut into quarters
• 4 Carrots peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1 Onion peeled and  cut up 
• 1/2 Head of cabbage – chopped

Instructions

1. Place the potatoes , carrots and onion in crockpot.
2. Pour in 1/2 the River City Ginger Beer. 
3. Place the brisket in crockpot.
4. Pour in the rest of the River City Ginger Beer. 
5. Add in the spice packet.
6. Cook on med-high for 6-8 hours. 
7. Add in the cabbage.
8. Cook an additional hour or until the cabbage is soft.

Serve with hot bread and a River City Ginger Beer.
