Corned Beef and Cabbage Crockpot with River City Ginger Beer

Ingredients
- 1- Bottle River City Ginger Beer
- 1-4 Lb corned beef brisket with spice packet
- 10 Baby red potatoes cut into quarters
- 4 Carrots peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 Onion peeled and cut up
- 1/2 Head of cabbage – chopped
Instructions
- Place the potatoes , carrots and onion in crockpot.
- Pour in 1/2 the River City Ginger Beer.
- Place the brisket in crockpot.
- Pour in the rest of the River City Ginger Beer.
- Add in the spice packet.
- Cook on med-high for 6-8 hours.
- Add in the cabbage.
- Cook an additional hour or until the cabbage is soft.
Serve with hot bread and a River City Ginger Beer.
